Max is the pioneer of the Vagabond experience. As our zero rider, he’s out front clearing skips and scoping the day’s trails so the group can charge with confidence. Behind the scenes, he drives our marketing and media, capturing the heart of the trail with high-energy storytelling and unscripted moments. For Max, it’s simple: open tracks, dialled prep, and legendary times with a great crew!

Jackson

Founder, Operations & Sweep Rider

Jackson is the ultimate sweep rider! He's the guy keeping eyes on the whole pack, fixing bikes on the fly and somehow still cracking jokes before breakfast! He’s got the mechanical know-how and trail intuition to keep every ride running like clockwork, but he never takes himself too seriously. For Jackson, the best part of every tour isn’t just the dust or the distance it’s keeping the crew tight, swapping stories over a froth and making lifelong mates along the way.
