If you cancel after booking confirmation but before your final payment, your 20% deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel after final payment has been received:
- More than 21 days before the departure date: 75% will be refunded.
- Between 21 and 14 days before the departure date: 50% will be refunded.
- Between 14 and 7 days before the departure date: 25% will be refunded.
- Less than 7 days before the departure date: No refund will be issued.
Please note that if a participant fails to join a tour or leaves before its completion, no refunds can be made. Additionally, no refunds will be provided for any unused or undertaken parts of the tour.
We highly recommend securing personal travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that might prevent you from attending the tour.
